AM2026 Industrial Exhibition
Invitation to exhibit at the EURADOS Annual Meeting 2026 in Helsinki
During the upcoming EURADOS Annual Meeting which will be held at the Messukeskus Conference Center in Helsinki, Finland from February 16th to 19th, 2026, there will, again, be an exhibition within the communal areas of the venue alongside the refreshments to allow engagement with attendees.
The nine working groups will meet to discuss and progress tasks, inviting new and existing colleagues along to participate. This year the 19th EURADOS School and will be on the topic of “Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in ionizing radiation dosimetry”. This course traditionally brings in many other participants from outside of the working groups, adding to the overall number of attendees, which last year exceeded 350.
There will be plenty of opportunity to network with the attendees during the tea/coffee, and lunch breaks. For example, for the first time our Young Scientist will present posters of their work during the coffee breaks. There is also a Welcome Drink on the Monday evening in the Helsinki City Hall, and exhibitors are invited to join the dinner on Wednesday evening.
The fee for an exhibition stand, consisting of a table and two chairs, is 2,400 €. EURADOS Sponsors (see www.eurados.org/sponsors) receive a 200 € discount.
The exhibitor fee covers two exhibitors of all events at the AM2026, including coffee breaks, lunches (on Tue, Wed and Thu), welcome reception (on Mon), conference dinner (on Wed). Any additional people are asked to register regularly and pay the normal conference registration fee. More details are given in the 2nd announcement, which can be downloaded on our website as well.
