Call to host the EURADOS Annual Meeting 2028

Every year, the EURADOS Annual Meeting brings dosimetry colleagues from across the globe together to discuss challenges and developments. The Council and organising committee works very hard to make every meeting a success and to constantly improve the participants’ experience. Now, we’re looking for a place to organize the AM2028.

Hosting the Annual Meeting is a chance to bring EURADOS to your city. It’s your opportunity to showcase your institute, involve your local scientific network, and be at the centre of a vibrant Annual Meeting.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic team who are ready to create special memories. You won’t be doing it alone, EURADOS (especially Kerstin and Veronika) will be right there to help you. The EURADOS Office is happy to provide a checklist of all requirements on request.

If you think you are ready for this, please send us a message at chairperson [at] eurados [dot] org (office[at]eurados[dot]org) before July 3rd, 2026. After that, we’ll invite the potential hosts to present their ideas to the EURADOS Council online somewhen after the summer break. This should contain information on the venue, the organising team and a preliminary budget.

You can have a look at our website to see where the meetings have been the last 25 years. If you want your name to be on this list, and make an unforgettable Annual Meeting, please let us know! We can’t wait to see where you’ll take us next.
