EURADOS Training Course: “Bonner Sphere Unfolding Refresher Course”

The Training Course "Bonner Sphere Unfolding Refresher Course" will be held as a side-event to the EURADOS Annual Meeting 2025 on Monday, 24th February 2025, 9:00-12:30 in Bucharest, Romania and is organised by EURADOS WG11. 

The Training Course is designed for participants doing spectrometry in neutron or mixed neutron/photon fields who require data analysis using unfolding techniques. Basic knowledge of the unfolding principles is expected. The course will be a hands-on workshop, utilizing the UMGplus code to address unfolding challenges relevant to the attendees. The UMGplus code will be provided several weeks prior to the course, requiring participants to install it prior the course.

Participation fee

Participation fee (no online participation possible) will be 125 € with a 20 % discount (fee of 100 €) for EURADOS sponsor organisations (see www.eurados.org/sponsors).

The registration and participation fee for this Training Course are independent on the registration and fee for the participation in the Annual Meeting. More details on the course will be given in the 2nd announcement, which will be published in November 2024.
