We are pleased to announce that the final workshop of the EC-project entitled "European In-vivo Counting Intercomparison Exercise 2020 (EIVIC 2020)" will take place on June 9th, 2022, 9:00-16:30 h in Madrid in person (*), but can also be followed virtually.

This project was organised jointly by members of EURADOS WG7, the Federal Office for Radiation Protection (BfS, Germany) and IRSN (France) and the objective of this project was to assess the implementation of individual monitoring requirements in EU Member States on the basis of in vivo measurements and gain insight into the performance of in vivo measurements using whole body counters.

In this context, 37 laboratories from 21 countries + EC + IAEA took part in this work.

The aim of this workshop is to present the results of this intercomparison exercise to the participants and to exchange each other's experiences, but also to set up a European network of in vivo laboratories.

(*) The participants of the EIVIC exercise are prioritised for the registration for on-site attendance.

Registration is closed.
