Herewith I confirm that all data are being filled in correctly. The personal data I have entered into the form’s fields (e.g. name, e-mail-address and telephone number) will only be used to the extent necessary for the performance, payment procedure and book-keeping of the accomodation booking on the legal basis of Article 6 (1) b) GDPR. My data will be retained for a maximum of 11 years according to § 147 of the Fiscal Code of Germany (AO). I know that I can revoke my consent to the collection, use and storage of my personal data at any time by sending my revocation to office@eurados.org. The price per room (single room incl. breakfast) is 135 EUR incl. 20% VAT.

If the registered person is a EURADOS WG full member who claims reimbursement, and this does not apply for the accompanying persons, they should do their own accommodation booking. Thank you.
I am a EURADOS Working Group full member and will claim reimbursement of the travel costs (confirmation by the WG Chairperson will be requested by EURADOS Office).
Please note: EURADOS will only cover the costs for reimbursement of max. 4 nights depending on the travel arrangements. We will charge you additional nights later if you have stayed longer.

For EU-residents, the VAT ID will be checked for validity. Otherwise additional 7 % VAT will be issued.
If you need a purchase order procedure in advance, please indicate the purchase order number here.
