Call for candidates to host the EURADOS Annual Meeting 2026
The EURADOS Annual Meeting 2025 will be held in Bucharest from the 24th to 27th of February. The first announcement will follow in September.
The EURADOS Annual Meeting is the focus of the dosimetric year. We have grown over the last 20 years from a small, dedicated event, to a major milestone for the dosimetry community in Europe and beyond. EURADOS AM attracts so much people like the most important conferences related to dosimetry and radiation protection.
We aim to move around Europe to visit and involve the local scientific communities. We are looking for new candidates to host the next Annual Meetings, starting with 2026. The exact dates will be agreed upon with the organizers, but we aim to keep the Annual Meeting at the beginning of the year, to avoid overlap with other meetings /conferences/events.
We need a motivated group of scientists, who, with the assistance of EURADOS, will try to make the next Annual Meeting a success. If you would like the EURADOS community to visit your institute/university and city/country, please contact me in the first instance. The EURADOS Council, in particular Kerstin and Veronika, can also work with you to outline what is needed and identify suitable locations. You can make sure, we will assist you in the whole process of the preparation of AM2026 in organizing issues and work in close collaboration to provide hands-on support and invaluable advice ensuring the AM exceeds everyone’s expectations.

The potential candidates for the AM 2026 are asked to contact me (chairperson [at] eurados [dot] org (chairperson[at]eurados[dot]org)) before September 1st, 2024. Suitable candidates will then be invited to present their bid to the EURADOS Council for consideration. Our goal is to officially announce the selected place during AM2025 General Assembly.
